Lesson, Fitting & Practice Credits

Understanding how to read student/member lesson, fitting and practice credits.

This article discusses the credit section of the Student account.

  1. The 1/2 HR Lesson Credits show the number of lesson credits remaining on the account and when they are set to expire.
    • Each Lesson Pack or Game Plan comes with a specified duration in which the Student needs to utilize their lessons.
    • If it goes beyond that Plan End date, the credits will be deemed Abandoned and can only be restored by their coach or Center Manager.
  2. The 1/2HR Fitting Credits are similar to the Lesson Credits in format. However, a Fitting is scheduled for 90 minutes, so 3 Fitting Credits relates to 1 Component Fitting.
    • Fitting Credits must be used within a year of the purchase date, so may show a later Plan End date than the Lesson Credits, even if they were purchased on the same day.
  3. Practice Membership or Practice Credits - If a student does not have either a Practice Plan or Practice Credits, they cannot schedule practice time through the GOLFTEC Clubhouse.
    • The Practice Membership comes with a Game Plan and includes up to 90 minutes of Practice per week (Sun-Sat). Each Game Plan has a different duration, and the Practice Membership Plan End date coincides with the Plan End date of the Lesson Credits.
    • Practice Credits are for monthly membership plans. Currently, those plans are being tested in select markets, but may be spread nationwide in the future. Those monthly memberships include a finite amount of 30-minute Practice Credits that must be used by month's end. They also include a finite number of lessons and other perks, depending on the membership the student signs up for. For more information on the monthly memberships, see here.
