How to read and understand lesson history.
Lesson history is the portion of a Student's Profile that includes information on the lessons or other appointments that a student has taken. This article will give a breakdown of what information is displayed here.
Lesson History Information
- Lesson History will start out collapsed when you open a profile, but you will be able to see a total number of appointments listed next to the section heading.
- To expand the section, select the
icon. - Lesson History will then display the last 25 appointments that the student has taken.
- If a student has taken more than 25 lessons, etc., the total number will display next to Lesson History in a (25 Max of XX) format where XX is the total number of lessons taken.
- Any appointments taken that are beyond the 25 most recent will not be listed in this field.
- Each appointment will display as:
- Type of appointment
Date - Time of appointment
Coach that conducted the appointment
- Type of appointment
- Typically, only lessons, fittings, and Swing Evaluations will display here. Practices will only display in this list if the student takes a practice without a practice plan, or if the student has a monthly membership which includes a finite number of practices each month.
