      How to Unlink Family Accounts

      This article outlines how to unlink Family accounts from each other.

       

      1. Navigate to the Student Account in CaddyMaster.
      2. In the top right-hand corner of the Student Account, select the + expansion for Family Account Controls.
      3. Select the - Reset Account Option shown at the bottom. 
      4. A pop up window will appear asking "Are you sure you want to reset Family Account?"
      5. Select Yes.
      6. After Unlinking the Accounts you will not need to do this with any of the other associated accounts.
