How to Reschedule Lessons, Fitting, Swing Evaluation or Practice time

You will need to reschedule 24 hours in advance

To Reschedule on the Browser or App for Tablets

1. Log into clubhouse at clubhouse.golftec.com with your email or Player number.
2. Click on Instruction on the left and select schedule
3. You will see towards the bottom, next lessons. Please select the 3 dots to the right of the date you would like to reschedule. 
4. Press reschedule and on the calendar, select the date and time that you would like to reschedule.
5. Press book this slot and confirm. Once confirmed you will get a confirmation pop up. 

How to reschedule through the Clubhouse App for phones:

1. Open/Download the GOLFTEC app and log in with your email or Player number
2. Select My game and Schedule. Please select the 3 dots to the right of the date you would like to reschedule. 
3. Press reschedule and on the calendar, select the date and time that you would like to reschedule.
4. Press the time and then press confirm. Once confirmed you will get a confirmation pop up.
