How to cancel a Lesson, Practice, Fitting or Swing Eval.

All cancellations need to be done 24hrs before lesson. How to cancel on Website or Tablet

1. 1. Please log in at https://clubhouse.golftec.com/ with your email address or Player number.
2. 2. Once logged in, on the left hand side, select instruction
3. 3. At the top, select schedule.
4. 4. Scroll down to next lessons and select the date of the lesson, practice, fitting, or swing eval you would like you cancel by clicking on the three dots to the right. 
5. 5. Select cancel and please provide reason for cancellation. 
6. 6. Press submit to finalize your cancellation. 
   
   

How to cancel on Phone

1. Please download the Golftec App on your phone
2. Log in with your email address or Player Number
3. Press on My Game and select schedule
4. Find the desired lesson, practice or fitting and select the three dots on the right. 
5. Select the three dots and press cancel appointment
6. Please provide a reason for cancellation and press submit at the top right.
