How to edit player information in Player Profile.
- Open the Student Profile that needs to be edited.
- Select the Edit Button
in the upper right-hand corner of the Student Information Box. - In the ensuing popup, choose the field associated with the information you would like to edit and input the changes.
- You will need to select SAVE in order for those changes to take effect.
- A Dialogue Box will appear confirming that you would like to save the changes. Be sure to choose YES on that dialogue box to save.
Notes on Editing Player Profile
- Every account must have an email address, and no two accounts can share an email address.
- If you try to save change to an email address and receive an error message that an account already exists with that email, search for a duplicate account or another account with the same email.
- If you do not wish to save any changes made, you can select the X in the upper right-hand corner of the popup to close it without saving.
- The Disable button next to Save at the bottom of the Edit dialogue box will disable the account and remove the Student's access to the Clubhouse.
- If the account is accidentally disabled, click on the Edit icon again, and a new button will display saying Enable. Click Enable to enable to account.
