This article outlines how to add the $100 referral to an account if it has not appeared on either the referrers account or referee.
1. Open CRM and Look up the referee.
2. Select Edit in the top right of the customer information box.
3. At the bottom of the customer information window, there is a drop down menu for "Where Heard:" Select "Referral" from the drop down.
4. Select the Edit icon to the right of the drop down menu, it should have appeared after selecting "Referral".
5. Search for the Referrer in the search menu.
6. Select "Select [Player Name]"
7. It will direct you back to the Student information window, select "Save".
After doing this, both players should reflect the $100 referral credit on their account. If not, please forward to CTS and they can take a further look into the situation at hand.
Please note: The student referred needs to have taken the initial swing evaluation for the credit to appear on the accounts involved.
